The Commercial Expansion Program (CEP) is designed to increase occupancy in commercial and industrial buildings by providing tenants with property tax abatements for up to 10 years.
IBZ
The Industrial Business Zone (IBZ) Relocation Tax Credit awards qualifying firms relocating to Long Island City or within Long Island City a $1,000 tax credit per relocated employee.
NYCIDA
The New York Industrial Development Agency (NYCIDA) grants benefits that lower the cost of relocation, expansion and capital investments to induce businesses to create quality jobs in New York City.
